By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website. The Website is offered only to individuals who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where they live), located in jurisdictions that permit access to adult content.

Refund Policy
Refunds for new purchases or recurring charges should be submitted to our customer support team.
Refunds or credits will not be issued for partially used Memberships.
All refunds are made without admission of liability and can be subject to the support of your payment method.
The issuance of a refund does not obligate the Company to provide additional refunds in the future.

Intellectual Property
The Website and its contents (including text, images, video, audio, designs, software, and trademarks) are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. Prohibited Uses
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations.

Moderation, Reporting, and CSAM

In no event will aggregate liability exceed the greater of €200 or the amount you paid (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from claims arising out of your use of the Website or violation of these Terms.
Dispute Resolution; Governing Law; Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, Prague without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
Unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law (including EU consumer protection laws for EU-based users), any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Prague, Czech Republic.
As an optional alternative to litigation, the parties may mutually agree to resolve a dispute through arbitration administered by a reputable international arbitration institution, in English, and conducted virtually unless otherwise agreed. Arbitration is voluntary and shall not deprive consumers of rights granted under mandatory law.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in the courts of Prague, Czech Republic.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms or for unlawful or harmful activity.
Severability; Waiver; Entire Agreement
If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. No waiver is effective unless in writing. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Website.
